First, on your router, you should be able to find all known devices. Take a moment, go though all the devices, and find any you don’t know about. If you find any, bock them.

Second, there is a program called Glasswire that you can try for free. It can constantly scan a network and alert you to bad devices or strange network connections. Maybe the free trial and yield something for you.
