I’m doing a lil reasearch on 3G/4G SMS 2FA any input would be appreciated , specifically on if and how.

iCkerousThere are bunches of resources online about GSM and the theoretical attacks to intercept SMS messages. I’d recommend starting with those.
It’s no easy (or cheap) attack.

phweloWithout a fundamental change to the protocol you’re looking at nothing more than using sms as an abstraction layer to some internet platform that enforces MFA and/or some reasonable encryption.
