I’m not sure if this is the proper sub-reddit because I recently started to become more delved into computers, including Ethical Hacking. Some networks that I’ve previously used block practically anything that exists, and it’s quiet annoying. I’m trying to use a website which is beneficial for me, but it ends up being blocked. I’m aware VPN’s are an existing solution, but I’d rather use an alternative solution, **if one exists**.
Is there anyway I can encrypt the data being sent/disguise it so when it goes through the network, it’ll seem casual. I’m using POP OS and Windows 10, so if the solution works for both then that’s great. If it works for everything, including iPhones then I’ll extremely appreciate that.

You should absolutely use a vpn like tor guard or nord. Other alternatives can be tor browser (onion routing) or just a simple proxy that works similar to a vpn but generally a lot more risky because people can monitor those servers. If you are going to use socks 5 proxy’s use proxy chains and tor.

Tor > VPN
VPN is useless for serious stuff.
