Check [emba on github](https://github.com/e-m-b-a/emba) out – it’s a free tool to check Linux firmware from embedded devices (like your smart TV, routers, fridges,…). Why emba? It’s easy customizable for your needs and you only need 1 line in your cli to start it and get a full report to look for interesting spots. No crazy workarounds to get it running. Just run the install script (it’s now supports Ubuntu and should run on all Debian-based distros like a charm). It already helps pentesters with their daily work and now it’s available for everyone for free. Go check it out and if you like it: Leave a star.
