How to hire someone to track or pin point a private ip address?

Our wifi was breached, our phones were all breached, and we only have the ip address of the person who did it. Police department laughed in our faces, cable company said fuck off, and I don’t know what to do anymore. If i can give the police a lead, they’ll act. Any type of advice where I can hire someone to do it would be incredibly appreciated.

You can’t do anything with an IP address. Honestly, if the cops don’t care. There isn’t much you can do with no knowledge
