hey everyone, I assume it’s possible to pull someone’s IP if they’re connected to a server (website, game, etc.)
how would you go about doing that?

ppicturesIf it’s your website/game then you could just log the IP of the incoming connection, if it’s a P2P game then you can use Wireshark to find the IP of a connection or look though your router logs. You can also do the same with live chat services.
I don’t think it’s possible to get IPs of other clients from Client-Server games, but don’t quote me on that.
IPs are not meant to be a secret though.

Billy02357There’s some services that generate a link and when someone clicks that link will store the ip in your account, but i forgot the name of the website, search some more eventually you’ll found some. Also why do you want to grab an IP?
