Pull someone ip when there using a vpn

Is it possible to find someone ip when there using a vpn I’m using kali Linux could someone help me. I’m not good at this type of hacking.

Nothing simple you can do. The legal system could try to subpeona logs and billing information.

what do you want with an IP?
or are you asking if you could be found while using a VPN? well then your ISP knows what IP you have and what VPN you use, but not what you do after that.
the VPN provider knows now everything (like the ISP without a VPN)
