Im a extremely amateur junior web dev, i only know html css and JS, im still studying but i really want to learn about hacking, spyware, sniffing, cracking, wifi security etc… which language should i learn if i want to start and how do hackers generate incomes? I mean is there a high demand for cybersecurity? Or should i keep myself as a web dev to earn money and use hacking just for fun?

Best answer for these questions is “Learn Python, then learn C.”
Python is an easy prototyping language and is used a lot for exploit development, analyst tasks, etc. Then, learn C so you can understand memory management and other systems concepts.
After that it’s up to you. Learn whatever you need to learn for the tasks you want to accomplish.
