    Twitter should lock you out after the first few attempts.

    No your better off using a social engineering attack. Most people don’t have 2 factor authentication so when you get the password you should hopefully be able to breeze in. If they do have 2 factor then you’d need access to their phone or messages which you can also do though social engineering to obtain a new sim card from their account and use it to access 2fa locked accounts that use SMS
